What is it (Description):

Procurement Services support the tasks needed to competitively bid an IT project.  Collaborating with the business to produce the system needs, documenting them into standard RFP requirements, evaluating the technical requirements, and working to get a cohesive, concise RFP is the result of these services.

What do you get with the service:

  • Identify user requirements and align them to the State RFP format.
  • Assisting with system requirements for RFP and provide support for the RFP Narrative.

How do you request service:

If your agency is interested in requesting a block of consulting time NDIT’s Self Service Portal may be used to submit a generic request with “Procurement Support Services” in the description and any other details you wish to include.

Once approved by your agency, you’ll be contacted by a member of the BA Team to verify and begin the work.

Billing model:

The hourly BA rate is $125 per hour via a signed Statement of Work that has the total number of hours and total estimate for the cost.
