NDIT’s Customer Success Managers (CSMs) are trusted advisors and business partners committed to helping customers achieve business goals. This industry standard approach to client engagement enables NDIT to work collaboratively with customers to meet business needs through a holistic approach to people, process and technology.
As the lead point of contact for assigned customers, the CSM team works hand-in-hand with agencies to identify short- and long-term business objectives and provides full integration across NDIT service and technology teams to bring to bear the right expertise for every initiative.
