As part of NDIT's Desktop Support service, customers may choose a primary computing device that is best suited to their needs. To request one of these models, please submit a Desktop Support-Hardware ServiceNow request.

This is a standard model laptop that is included with Desktop Services. It features a larger 15.6-inch display that is a non-touchscreen. The main appeal of this model is its inclusion of the 10-key numbered keypad on the right-hand side. This model averages around 7-15 hours of battery life depending on usage.

*From a financial standpoint, NDIT will bill the cost of the device(s) back to the agency for first time purchase and replacements when the warranty expires, or if a device needs to be replaced due to damage. Docks, monitors, keyboards, mice, and other peripherals will also be billed back as requested. Since we do not keep the ruggedized laptops in stock, if there is need for spare devices those can be purchased as well and either held at the agency or with NDIT until needed.  The support fee for these devices is currently $50.00 per month, per device when in use.

HP EliteDisplay Z24n
