To request a device:
- Visit the ServiceNow portal and log in.
- Click, Submit a Service Request.
- Navigate to, Computer Equipment and Software on the left-hand side.
- Click on, the Desktop Support - Hardware tile to fill out your request and submit.
That’s it! Our team will follow up promptly to confirm your needs and next steps.

The Dell Pro P 24 is our standard 24" monitor. It can be viewed in landscape or portrait modes and can be wall mounted with additional hardware. This newest model also has a narrow bezel so that the monitor is taking up less wasted space on desks.

Standard Offerings:
Normal wear and tear replacements on monitors, wired keyboards, wired mice, docking stations, and adapters are covered under the Desktop as a Service Agreement. Replacement of damaged or lost peripherals will be a passthrough charge back to the agency.
