Gov. Doug Burgum congratulated North Dakota Chief Information Officer Shawn Riley for receiving the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) Patriot Award today for exemplary leadership and support of military members and veterans employed at North Dakota Information Technology (NDIT).
