BEAD Final Proposal for Public Comment
North Dakota’s Final Proposal is now open for public comment. Public comments can be emailed to broadband@nd.gov. Files can be attached, but no zip files will be accepted.
Comments are due by August 29th at 11:59pm.

Timeline
Per the 6.6.25 BEAD Restructuring Policy Notice, all prior subgrantee selection rounds have been voided in place of a final “Benefit of the Bargain” round to be held in early July. Following this final application round, NDIT will review submissions, deconflict those with overlapping locations, and request updated information, as needed. NDIT will score applications and notify successful subgrantees of conditional award determination.
*Final award decisions will not be made and / or announced until all serviceable locations eligible for BEAD funding have received a bid
